There is a 32 " flat screen Cable TV (over 60 channels), VCR, DVD, stereo HI-FI with CD, PlayStation 2 with 2 pads, memory card and games and a selection of DVD's and Videos.  There is a variety of books, jig-saws and board games for all ages

The large sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen size sofabed.
