We are near booking another place which is a 4 bedroom(family is catching on as to how nice a visit it is) and closer to the baseball. I am sure that you know how much we enjoyed Jamaica Lane and one never knows what the future might hold.

For what it is worth, there have been more than just a few conversations in regards to how enjoyable our 2 years at
 your place were. We have certainly encouraged others to consider trying to stay at 1 of your 4 locations.

Remember also how you "helped" us thru our "virgin" 1 month bookings, 2 years ago now and how patient you were with us. It was very much appreciated!

Hi there Liz......just getting over the flight back from Lakeside Retreat on Wednesday......but already thinking about next year.....

We had a fabulous 3 weeks, just love your home, we can't find fault, so comfortable and the location can't be better.

We would like to book......3 weeks + 2 days.....Tuesday May 3rd--------Thursday May 26th 2011, we would not require the pool heat as it is in the getting warmer time of year.

Hi, Liz,

It's long past due for me to let you know how special it was to be in your home.  There was so much "wing space" for everyone to be comfortable and feel at home that we didn't even mind that it rained one day.  We were able to use our laptop computers because you were so thoughtful to think of every little thing.

My husband and I had a little time by ourselves after everyone left and we leisurely did some cleaning and relaxing.  We even had a chance to do a couple loads of wash to jump-start the cleaning team.  We hope we left everything as was expected because we certainly felt at home there. 

What a wonderful service you have done for those who get the chance to use your villas.  Thank you so much for the opportunity to be in the Sunshine Villas.  You chose just the right name for them.

Hi Liz......actually its a comment rather than an enquiry.....Trish here, just returned from Jamaica lane yesterday.  We had a wonderful time, made all the better by our stay at your great villa.  Couldn't fault anything.  We were sooooo comfortable and felt right at home from day one.  The kitchen was particularly well stocked, far more items than usual.  Having 2 lounge areas was a god send, as my husband and I have differing tastes in TV, we utilized both areas regularly. The neighbourhood was very friendly and quiet, much nicer to stay where many of the residents are permanent, and we loved sitting under the lanai watching the ducks and wild-life on the pond.  Very pleased with the whole pool area, the water was lovely and warm, which made my husband very happy.  Lynne and Gerry are both superb, such a friendly couple. luckily, we did not have any problems during our stay, but enjoyed chatting with them when they came to check the pool.

Can't thank you enough for the use of Lakeside retreat, we loved every minute.  We are thinking about returning next spring, after Easter.  I see you still have availability.  Will be in touch in the near future.  Best wishes.....Trish and Theo DeBoer

Thank you for an amazing holiday. Every element exceeded all of our
expectations, and the villa was no exception. I will certainly be recommending
your villas to friends. We hope that we left lakeside retreat in suitable order,
my husband spent ages scrubbing the bbq (which we very much enjoyed!) Whilst
there we bought 4 plastic wine glasses (2 pink and 2 blue) which we decided to
leave for future guests so hopefully they will get much further use around the

I printed off the directions and will be seeing Gina tomorrow.  They are so excited about going. 
 I have another friend here at work that will be e-mailing you (may already have) about renting one of your homes for April.  I was so impressed with the home when we were there last year (I took a video of how nice it was) so as soon as someone is interested I show them the video and they have all loved it immediately.  It also helps that you are so easy to deal with.  Thanks again for the great experience, my kids still talk about it.

    I am just writing to let you know that we had a wonderful time in your villa.  Callum loved the pool so much, that we almost had to pull him out using the net!
Despite the attention of "Charlie", we still enjoyed our stay there,
and the videos and Playstation were a godsend in the absence of
the television.  We were assured that this was not a fault at the
villa, but spread throughout the area.  The Flinstones was a
particular favourite, and I am surprised that the tape wasn't worn out.
The only dissapoinment of the fortnight was that the
ever present thunderstorms meant we never got the chance to try out the barbie (ah well maybe next time). It was very relaxing, coming "home" to the villa each night, just right for what we needed.
 
    I would like to say a very big thank you, and to let you know that we will be keeping you on our "favourites" for the next time we visit.

sorry for late reply, but we had a great time in your villa which we loved. We all jumped in the pool and the kids enjoyed chilling with the play station at the end of the day.
The only possible improvement would be another tray to carry food out to the patio, buts its a minor point and only because you asked. We loved the bits and pieces which made us feel at home.

Your villa is great and we had a smashing holiday in Kissimmee.  Having the villa and especially the pool to come home to at the end of an enjoyable but tiring day was a bonus.  Sometimes our children wanted to leave the parks early to come back to the pool!

We visited the Outback Ranch as recommended by you and would certainly recommend it ourselves.

We tried to do as many things as we could.  We swam with the dolphins at Discovery Cove.  It is not a cheap day out but is well worth the money.

The villa exceeded our expectations and we have already recommended your website to some friends who are interested in going to Florida next year.
