Availability Check
Please check the Dates & Rates pages and email or telephone to check that the period you
require is still available. (please
note minimum 6 days stay)

| Confirmation
When we have agreed your dates they will be held for 7 days (unless
otherwise agreed). A Booking Confirmation form will be sent for you
to complete and return with your Reserve/Security deposit (see
below). The completed Booking Confirmation form and relevant deposit
must be received within these 7 days to secure the booking.
When the completed Booking Confirmation has been
returned to us with the deposit, the renter is responsible for the
total price of the property rental as shown and agreed on the
confirmation.

Payment may be made by check/money order/cashier check etc., by bank

Cancellation
Cancellation by the renter will result in the forfeit of the rental
fee as follows;
Over 8 weeks prior to
departure

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance which
covers you against cancellation.

|
Number of Guests
No more than 8 guests to stay in Lakeside
Retreat at any one time.
|
|
| Access
to Villa
Push button keypad lock secures the front door. (no keys to
pick up or lose!)
|
|
| Security Deposit
A returnable Security Deposit is required (the same amount as the
Reserve deposit, see above). This must to be paid
with the balance of the booking. This will be held as
security against inventory damage, excessive
cleaning costs, etc. The villa is inspected before and after
occupancy. The appropriate Security Deposit amount will be
refunded within 10 days, after booked dates.

| Liability
The use of accommodation and amenities is entirely at the user's
risk. No responsibility or liability can be accepted by the
owners or their agents for injury, or loss or damage to the user,
visitors or their belongings, howsoever caused. Baggage and
personal belongings are at the guest's risk at all times, and no
responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any car or its
contents. The guest is strongly advised to take out travel
insurance.

| Guests Responsibility
The guest is responsible for the property and is expected to take
all reasonable care of it. All equipment, utensils etc. must be
left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. All damage
and breakages are the Guests responsibility Any maintenance or repair of the
premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse
will be charged to the guest. Any charges shall be deducted
from the security deposit. Should these charges be higher than the
security deposit held, the balance will be payable on demand.

| Pool Rules
Children must be supervised at all times by parents or
other responsible adult when using the swimming pool. The alarms
fitted to doors that prevent children from gaining access to the
pool area must not be tampered with.

|
| Pool Heating
(Optional Extra)
Pool heating maintains the temperature to approx. 85/86f.
Extreme outdoor temperatures may affect the ability of the pool
heater to raise the temperature sufficiently. Pool
heating rates are shown at the foot of our 'Dates & Rates' pages.

|
Gas Barbecue (Optional
Extra)
A full size gas barbecue is available for the use of
Guests providing that the Guest agrees to pay a refundable
'Cleaning' deposit of $30/£20. The 'Cleaning' deposit will be
fully refunded (within 10 days after booked dates) providing that
the barbecue is thoroughly cleaned before departing from the
property. The Guest will bear the full responsibility for its
use and the safety of other in the group throughout their stay.
The barbecue is checked before and after every Guest.
(If the gas becomes empty during your stay either ring the
management company who will bring you a full one or exchange it at
the local Walmart and leave the receipt in the villa when you leave
and you will be reimbursed along with your security deposit.)

| After Arrival Requests
for Pool Heating, Barbecue etc. must be paid in full before they
will be supplied.
|
|
|
Trash Collection
For trash collection please put
the garbage bin by the kerbside the evening before trash collection
days. Then return the garbage bin into the garage
before noon the day following trash collection and do not put
any excess bags/items on the roadside. Any bags/items that are
broken open by wildlife etc. may not be picked up by trash
collectors.
If on your departure day you leave more trash than will fit into the
garbage bins a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.

| Arrival and Departure
The rental period commences at 4pm on the first day of the booking
and the property must be vacated by 10.30am on the last day of the
booking.
(Please do not arrive earlier or depart later than these times as
the cleaners need time to ensure the villa is immaculate for your
arrival and for those after you)
