We had a great time.  Probably one of the best vacations we have had.  We also enjoyed the interaction we had with your management company.  I thought they were a great couple, my husband being from Brooklyn couldn't understand a word they said and I had to translate. My husband said he would like to come down again during the winter sometime.  Fortunately we can avoid school holidays.  We will look into this at a later date though.  Thanks.

Yes ! We definitely had a great & enjoyable stay at your Lakeside Siesta home from home. The best in our 16 visits to Florida !!                
 
We found that everything you said about the villa was 'Spot On'.
 
Even though the weather was not great, it did not stop us doing everything that we had planned. We travelled 3120 Miles.
 
Our odd days in were very comfortable.
 
Lynne & Gerry were extremely helpful and tactful during the unobtrusive repairs that were necessary due to the very bad weather the week before we arrived. We found your repairman,Hugo to be very polite also.
 
Everything about the Villa was delightful,definitely would like to return again next year !!

I hope that you were satisfied with the way we left the Villa.
 
As we hope to return next year, (we need to firm up on our required dates as we are waiting for the 'Race dates'), you could either hold the Security Deposit or if this is not convenient please send me a cheque.

We had a wonderful week at Lakeside Siesta. You have a big great villa with all needed amenities.
We've enjoyed the pool, the ducks and the squirrels at breakfast! Very quiet neighbourhood too.
The only thing that had bother me a little was the noise made by the AC as I was sleeping in the guest bedroom.
But apart from this, everything was great! Thank you!

Your Villa was awesome next time I will pay for the pool heater we needed it The free wifi was a wonderful surprise. I would give your villa a 8 out of 10 It would have been a 9 but there was a couple of things that were a little annoying the coffee maker didn't want to work on the first day but after it was plugged in for a full day it decided to work for the rest of the week. I Really wanted no needed coffee that first morning.  The second thing is that the dish washer doesn't work that well didn't like re washing dishes on my vacation oh well no harm done.  These little problems did not make me unhappy or mad or in any way or make our vacation bad they were like I said annoying.  I am only telling you this so that you know about them. I am not complaining.
I want to thank you for renting to us and I hope we can do business again in the near future. 
I will be referring your name and villas to my friends and colleagues at work.

Thank you for the return of our security deposit. I just wanted to say we enjoyed our stay in 2693 Chatham Circle very much, what a lovely location on the corner of the lake together with ducks and all!
I also wanted to let you know your management company are doing a great job looking after the villa. It was very clean and well looked after. As a past Florida villa owner I know how important it is to get the right company.
Anyway, we did Tennessee (Nashville & Memphis) + Florida this year so are looking to hopefully do S.Dakota and possibly Florida next year. If we do we will certainly get in touch with you. Thanks again.

we had the time of our lives the  villas was so nice the kids and i loved it
thank you for thinking at everything even a needle
we enjoyed the pool especially in night without the little during the day we went to park and waterpark it was so nice for the first  time in orlando
odaya 2.5 and margalite 4.5 loved the pool and their room
and my room was really like a dream a huge bed, a closet in the bath
everything i enjoyed every second
the kids went to feed the duck
you have really nice neighbor
the kids and i were very sad to leave we cleaned up the villas like it was our own and we took care during our stay that everything will be in place and clean
liz a billion thank you to make it affordable for me and my children  we could rent a car and enjoy orlando we also went to miami and daytona
it's all a long story

i will be in touch with you because it a trip that we would like to do again
maybe in new heaven  i told all my friend about the villas
and they say that for  next trip they would like to do it

This has been the first time we have been to a villa with large rooms with air con and found this a sheer luxury. Thank you for the prompt return of my security deposit. We are just back
from Florida (still jet lagged) and your cheque was in our pile of mail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your villa. What a lovely location. We
couldn't fathom how to work the bath plug in the en suite but Noel  very
quickly got us a simple replacement. My sons were very pleased that each
bedroom had a TV. My wife liked everything about the villa including the
quality of linen provided. There wasn't a teapot when we arrived but Noel
again very quickly solved this. My wife was very taken with the little duck
with sunglasses which indicates the temperature of the pool and we enjoyed seeing the local widlife
every day.

We wished we could have stayed longer in your villa this time (we weren't as
lucky with our villa on the coast) and hope to have the opportunity to stay
there again in the future.
