The
villa is situated within 'Chatham Park', which is less than ½ mile to highway 192 on which there is
an abundance
of major stores, vast gift shops, international restaurants, buffets
and take-aways, bars, mini golf, factory outlets, Walmart 24hr
Supercentre and much more. For those visiting Disney it is just
4½ miles away.
The villa is furnished and decorated to the highest standards and equipped
with all the
extras
you would expect and MORE in
a luxury home.
i.e. poolside shower, four Cable TVs, four VCRs, DVD, Hi-Fi,
portable Hi-Fi with CD,
PlayStation with 2 pads, PlayStation Game, selection of
Videos, books, board games, 2-seater swing, pool fun toys -
some to float on and some to play with (various balls etc). Radio/Alarm

The
accommodation comprises of a spacious fully fitted kitchen complete with
large fridge/freezer (with auto ice-maker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator,
etc. The kitchen area also includes a spacious breakfast nook.
The
dining area has coordinated furniture and adjoins
the great room.
The living
area which
has a cathedral ceiling, foliage around the room and ceiling fan with
light has the
true Florida feel. There is a 27" Cable TV (over 60 channels), VCR,
DVD, PlayStation with
two pads and memory card, PlayStation games, a selection of family Videos and books. The large sofa easily converts to a comfortable queen size sofa
bed.
There are 3 double bedrooms.
Master
bedroom with King size bed, cable TV and VCR
also has a ceiling fan and light. There is a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, hair dryer, etc.
Two windows look directly onto the pool.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with cable TV and VCR and the
third bedroom, in a "Tweetie
Pie" theme, has twin
beds with cable TV and VCR. All
have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom is
complete with shower, hair dryer, etc. Radio/Alarm in each
bedroom.
The large, private, southwest-facing, screened
pool has plenty of
room for sunbathing to your hearts content and the lighting around the
pool area and the underwater lighting
ensures that you can enjoy the pool all night long - if you so
wish. The lakeside is only
a few yards away, where a variety of ducks regularly visit.
The
outdoor
dining area
comprises of a glass
topped patio table with 9' umbrella, 6 chairs and 4 full length loungers,
all with with deep padded cushions.
There is also a 2-seater swing with canopy for you to relax on. A
full gas Barbeque may be used (we ask for a refundable 'cleaning'
deposit). We have also fitted a
poolside shower for your pleasure and convenience.
The
pool is usually pleasantly warm from April through to
October. The heating may be switched on as an optional extra
at any time of year. This you can decide before or after you
arrive.
The
villa is fully air conditioned to keep you cool on hot days and for the
occasional cool winter evening there is central heating.
